Shipping policy
At Jincy's, we know you're excited to receive your order, and our team works hard to get it to you as quickly as possible!
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During new arrivals, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Please note:
- Shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your package has been shipped.
- Jincy's is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
- Please verify that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
- If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or their local post office. We are happy to assist in filing a claim when applicable.
