Shipping and Returns

--We do email receipts to stay green and help the environment, so we just ask you print your own, or leave a note with order number if returning anything!
--Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items or accessories returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes exceeding 20% off are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.
--Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will return the item to you and you are required to pay shipping.
--Jincy's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
--A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for returned pre-orders
We strive to offer a smooth experience and the highest level of customer service throughout your entire process of your purchase with Jincy's. With that in mind, we have set guidelines for returns and exchanges. Please reach out to email@example.com if you have any questions regarding shipping and returns.
Please allow 3-5 business days for orders to be fulfilled. You will receive an email with the status of your order as items are shipped.
Returns may be sent back to 114 E. Brazell Street/PO Box 1967, Reidsville, GA 30453, within 14 days of the date the item is purchased. We offer the opportunity to return for exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any returns sent back with deodorant stains, makeup stains, pet hair or smoke scent will be refused for return.
Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange and all returns must be unused in the same condition they were received with tags.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as the return and exchanges slip included in your package.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will be rejected.
Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer free return shipping.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE ITEMS. If the sale item is damaged when it's received, please notify us upon receiving the item.
All bralettes, swimsuits, silicone bras, and sunglasses are non-refundable, as well. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unsure about the refund status of a product.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: PO Box 1967, Reidsville, GA 30453.
We also offer exchanges of any item in store.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Holiday Season Shipping
Holiday seasons are our busiest times of the year. Please be patient with us and allow 5-7 business days for your items to be shipped. If you live outside of the state of Georgia and need your item in a timely manner, please specify and select express shipping if needed.
