RETURN POLICY

To initiate a return, use our return portal here.

We want you to love your purchase(s), but we understand it doesn't always work out. We accept merchandise back for store credit only. Because of fast turnover and that we are a small business, all returns must be back to our storefront within 14 days of the date received.

-Please use the return card included in your shipment and ship return items to the address listed below.

-If you purchased Redo with your order, return shipping will be covered. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the return shipping label.

-Your return will be processed for store credit as soon as we received your order back. You will received the e-gift card via email to the associated email with your order. 

-Sale items and accessories are FINAL SALE and are ineligible for return. Sale items are described as items marked down 20% off or more from retail price. 

-Merchandise must be in NEW condition. This means, unworn, unwashed, odor free, and must not contain ANY markings from deodorant, make-up, etc. in order to receive exchange or store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, we will not issue return credit, and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay to have items received back.

-Jincy's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact USPS customer service team so they can assist you.
