Waitlist?! What's that?!
Have you shopped in our app and wondered what it means when you see an item that says WAITLIST? This means this item is currently sold out. The WAITLIST feature allows you to add items to your waitlist, and if/when they are restocked, it will automatically be added to your cart and you'll be notified.
So, when you have an item in your cart, it is saved for you until you pay for your cart or until your cart expires. So in the event something you want is showing out of stock, go ahead and put it on your waitlist. Somebody may not pay for their cart, and when the item is released, it will automatically carted for you, and you'll receive a notification.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
We know you are so excited to receive your order! We do our best to ship orders out same day, but, at max, orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand things don't always work out. Please be minful that we are a small business, and due to quick turn over, we have a 14 business day window to receive a store credit. To be eligible to return for store credit, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, free of tears, stains, odor, etc. and returned to us within 14 business days of delivery to you.
If you are located near our store front, feel free to bring your online/ in store purchases into our store to be returned for store credit.
